Well you sure have come a long way in six years. I remember when you first mentioned this fantasy program for a better way to sell boats. Like any other dealer, I was pretty stubborn in my ways with using my Excel spread sheet to price boats. It took an embarrassing loss at a head to head race in our showroom to open my eyes but for that I am forever grateful.
Being Winboats original dealer I have watched your program develop from a concept into a tool that is second to none. We used another software package to run our Service and sales department for four years. During that time we had their training team out to our facility several times to train our staff. Even after training the program proved itself to be difficult at best to use. We never fully understood it and only were able to use a small percentage of the features on their program. Since we converted to Winboats I have not had to train any of my staff to use your program. Even our part time help at boat shows and off site events are able to use your program as if they worked with it daily.
Winboats has been a major tool in helping us become the largest Malibu dealer in the Southeast. If anyone ever questions it's ability, have them look at our growth.

I can't tell you how wonderful Winboats is for Atlanta Marine, Inc! We are utilizing every aspect of your software and are thrilled with all of it. Especially after using our previous dealership software package for so long, this is a breath of fresh air!
Out previous dealership software was a very complex system and even after having had some training on it, it was incredibly difficult to use. It is amazing to think about how far along technologically our dealership has come in the last four years. Our dealership has been a top ten dealer in national sales with Malibu for ten straight years. When I joined the boat sales staff in 2004, everything from inventory lists to purchase agreements were handwritten. It was a huge step to integrate everything to spreadsheets. We spent the next few years using slow quote programs and multiple spreadsheets to track leads, inventory, and orders. I am very grateful that I had the opportunity to see the Winboats presentation at the 2006 Malibu National Dealer Meeting! Winboats has allowed us to consolidate all of our boat and customer information down to one program. Now we are able to track all of our customers and boats in an easy to use interface. With all the success that we have with Winboats over the past year, it made our decision easy to build a website that uses real-time data directly from Winboats. Now when we sell a boat, it takes the boat out of our Winboats inventory and website inventory with a click of a button. Approximately 1 ½ years ago our sales staff was introduced to Winboats at a dealer meeting. In just a few minutes we realized what a powerful tool it would be at a boat show and at our dealership to enhance our boat sales. As you know, boat shows can be hectic and pricing can be difficult and confusing. The Winboats program makes pricing boats simple which makes our boat shows far more efficient and profitable.
We find using the Winboats pricing and printouts adds professionalism and integrity to our dealership, because the customer can have a complete boat printout with the equipment he or she requests in seconds. When the customer goes booth to booth pricing different boats, they can accurately compare your boat with other brands and models. An example of this is in pricing out a boat with 340 horsepower as an option and another dealer pricing out a boat with 320 horsepower or less the customer will get a cheaper price and not know why. An educated customer at our dealership is our best customer.
We are now using the Winboats service program combined with the Winboats sales program. This has been a very important tool in tracking customers, billing, and pricing out jobs. Also Winboats has always had great tech support available.
